The CRM functionality provides the ability to create a marketing campaign, track its status, and has the ability to target specific Clients or Agencies based on a defined set of records in Seaware.

For Example: a marketing campaign could be created for all Clients in California.

Once the campaign has been created users can then use a document template and the mail merge function to generate documents that can be sent later by e-mail, fax, or mail (depending on the type of campaign).

Contact Information tables record when client or agency has been targeted by a campaign – listing the campaign code and the date of the campaign. Additional fields on this table can be used to record responses back from the client or agency, or can be used independent of a marketing campaign to record additional contact information from that client or agency.
