Invoicing |
| Seaware allows the setup and generation of 2 types of invoices - invoices for Reservations (based on Reservation Invoice) and Agency Invoices (based on AR/AP transactions for Agency). In addition to the ability to define how the Invoice # is generated using Business Rules users can delay the generation of Invoices until a specific event occurs on the reservation. In Business Rules there is the possibility to Group AR/AP transactions for different agencies (based on Terms Code) and to schedule when the invoice goes out. |

Sail Itinerary Changes – Repair Queue |
| This functionality is used to change the itinerary of a sail, consequently placing all corresponding reservations into a Repair Queue Header. At this point these reservations are locked, meaning they are not editable unless from within the Repair Queue. This is to allow the reservation agent or back office personnel to contact the reservations and allow the guests to make decisions due to the sail itinerary changes; such as cancelling the reservation, exchanging sail packages and/or other components in the reservation, etc. These reservations may be unlocked at any time. |

Multiple reservation components among multiple guests |
| Reservations are not restricted by the type of components that it can carry. The Reservation system allows users to book multiple components for different guests within and outside of the sail or hotel date ranges. There is no limit to the number of guests on one reservation. Since it is possible to create reservation with large number of people (e.g. 200) FIT reservation can be used in order to book Groups as well. |
