Fidelio Cruise and Versonix, providers of integrated shipboard management systems and shoreside reservation systems respectively, have signed an agreement to bring passenger data back to Seaware through Fidelio Cruise. This will provide the cruise industry access to previously untapped but invaluable data for financial and marketing strategies.

Guest data received on board through Seaware at the start of a cruise such a prebooked and prepaid shore excursions and other on-board spend and data captured through Fidelio Cruise Guest Survey module can already be brought back to cruise line headquarters.
