US Technical staff business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (UTC/GMT-8).
European Technical staff hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (UTC/GMT +3).

Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
